There are two tags people with weak knees should consider avoiding: NSFW and Lolicon. NSFW stands for Not Safe For Work and contains (mild) nudity. Lolicon also isn’t quite safe for work and contains images of anime characters who are clearly supposed to be underaged. Since these characters aren’t real in any way (if you think they are you might have to visit a shrink) no children are harmed.

Also: you won’t find any images from hentai here. Or links to downloads (so don’t bother asking).
